Query letters are not necessary but a synopsis and the first four chapters are required.

Formatting
Double-space, on one side of the paper only.8.5×11 with a one inch margins on all four sides of the page.
Font must be 12 point of greater. Times New Roman or Courier is acceptable.
Please allow 8-12 weeks to receive feedback on submissions. Submissions will be not be returned.
